A few years ago, I realised I was living on autopilot—always rushing, buying more, and keeping up with everyone else. That realisation led me to completely rethink my life and, ultimately, the direction of my YouTube channel.
Today, I create honest, thoughtful content for women navigating life after 50. I share real conversations about menopause, confidence, intentional living, simplifying our homes and lives, my 20kg weight-loss journey, and finding joy in the everyday.
My goal is to remind women that this stage of life isn’t about becoming less—it’s about becoming more of who we really are. I believe life after 50 isn’t a winding down. It’s a new beginning.
